Interesting; I have never seen a diet based on blood type before. It will be interesting to see how this develops.

I would like to mention, it would be nice to have a blueberry pancake, blueberry soft n serve or blueberry shake. Or even a blueberry muffin, like you have as a brownie. Just some suggestion to your product line. Have the brownies or muffins already made up in cookie form. So it is a lot easier for some on the go, to grap a cookie, eat on the way. Instead of having to use a spoon. Have some like different ingredients in it like peanut butter or strawberry sugar free jam added to it. Your choice of course. Just thought I would add a few of my suggestions. Understand your coming out with a new product line. Can not really think of anything else. Except put a simple recipe on side of boxes for you stews & soups. What one could add to them if possible for a meal choice. Like you do you peach oatmeal. Do you have a medifast cookbook one could purchase in use of your products. I see it on the net, but it is alot easier to have it right in front of you. Thank you for your product line. it has help me quite a bit so far. Have been on it for about two half months now. Lost a quite a bit of weight, which is showing in my pants.

Do you provide a complete listing of all your products that are certified Kosher?

If so, can I get the list?

Thanks

Are you aware that the level of TSNAs (carcinogens) found in the e-cigarette was 3-8 ng per cartridge? And that nicotine gum was about 2 ng per piece, the patch has 8 ng, and a single cigarette has a whopping 1400 ng? Where is your warning about the carcinogenic dangers of the nicotine patch?

Further, the FDA tested found "approximately 1%" of DEG in ONE of the 19 cartridges they tested. At the amount found, a 150 lb person would have to consume over 6000 times the amount found in that one cartridge. No other test performed on e-cig liquid has found DEG.

What a sad article.

Your article is complete tosh. I question your motivation for writing this. Unfortunately you'll probably mislead some people and they'll keep smoking real cigarettes instead of switching to something much healthier.

I was involved in a near-fatal accident on November 5, 2004. Prior to the accident, I had lost 125 pounds and had kept it off for a little over two years. As a result of permanent injuries from the accident, I was unable to exercise (or even do very much walking) for nearly five years. As a result, I gained back all of the weight (plus some). However, in April, 2010, I decided to join Medifast and add that program to a very small list of exercises that I was physically able to do. So far, since April 19, 2010, I have lost 56 pounds (and that was with me even taking a break from the Medifast Program from the middle of November until the first week of January!) My highest weight was 302 and I am currently at 256. I am anxious to accomplish my goal to be somewhere between 140-150 pounds. Thank You Medifast!

I have added a few things to my home office over the last six months in an attempt to stay in shape, even though most of my life is spent in front of a computer. First, I ditched the typical office chair for a large bouncy exercise ball. This keeps me moving throughout the day and forces me to work on my balance, sometimes I even roll back and do a few sit-ups!

While ordering the ball I saw another great product, which is a fitness mat. It's like a yoga mat, but printed on the surface are figures that depict an entire workout routine you can perform right from the mat, who needs the gym?

I started with the mat for back health, my main area of concern, but now I have the yoga mat and the mousepad on my desk.

Good grief........everyone has to have a comment!!!
So here goes mine.
I agree with Sarah Palin because I think she is saying WE THE PEOPLE, i.e. parents and individuals need to be IN CONTROL OF OURSELVES and not be forced into something or someway by the control of the government. Parents are to train children properly and by example. Schools and government are not the ones who should take the control, that only produces less responsibility by the parents.
So please everyone watch out for yourself. Watch out for your family and friends and if we all
take PERSONAL RESPONSIBLITY for our own lives then we can be healthy and in control!!!
DO IT YOURSELF.......
