Exercise, It is a Must!

Ladies and Gentleman,

 

The bad news. Medifast alone cannot get you as healthy as you need to be. You will have to get some exercise in that body of yours in order to really make the healthy lifestyle switch.

 

This doesn’t mean you need to become a gym rat or enter this months IronMan triathlon in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Small steps with logical and attainable goals will help you build up a lasting exercise program.

 

And it is the little things that really add up. Walk or take your bike to the grocery store instead of driving. Use a DVR to record your favorite programs and use the time savings from zipping through the commercials to take your dog for a walk.

 

The cool thing about exercise, is that once you get into a rhythm and a routine, you start to crave it like you would a big juicy hamburger. Go two days without it and you find yourself making excuses to exercise, not to avoid it.

 

As always, you should consult your physician before doing anything terribly aggressive, but even the little things can get you on track to a healthy lifestyle. The beauty of a program like Medifast is that it makes your exercise gains come more quickly as your decreased weight makes your goals come more easily.

I just adore your weblog! Very good post! However you can do various things to enhance it, and i will be back.
