Medifast Eating – A Typical Day

by Medifast Lover on June 20, 2009

The first thing to realize when you are starting the Medifast diet is that you don’t have to dread going through each and every day feeling hungry.

We Medifast you eat six, count ‘em, six times a day. Granted, you are not sitting down to a steak dinner at each sitting, but you are also not fasting over a long period of time, which leads to overeating in many people.

So, how does a typical look to a Medifast dieter? Below we outlined what would be considered a normal day on the Medifast diet.

Breakfast – Meal #1: Medifast Apple Cinnamon oatmeal

Mid-Morning Snack – Meal #2: Medifast Strawberry Creme shake

Lunch – Meal #3: Maryland Crab soup

Afternoon Snack – Meal #4: Medifast Caramel Crunch bar

Dinner - Meal #5: This is your Lean & Green meal. Choose from a number of healthy choices, such as 6 oz grilled chicken breast and asparagus

Evening Snack – Meal #6: Medifast Chocolate Pudding

So, it is hard to go hungry when you are eating every couple of hours. There is no calorie counting, and you get a ‘normal’ meal with your Lean & Green meal where you can get creative. The Lean & Green meal allows you to eat out with friends as well, so you diet won’t make you a social outcast.
