<description>I was involved in a near-fatal accident on November 5, 2004. Prior to the accident, I had lost 125 pounds and had kept it off for a little over two years. As a result of permanent injuries from the accident, I was unable to exercise (or even do very much walking) for nearly five years. As a result, I gained back all of the weight (plus some). However, in April, 2010, I decided to join Medifast and add that program to a very small list of exercises that I was physically able to do. So far, since April 19, 2010, I have lost 56 pounds (and that was with me even taking a break from the Medifast Program from the middle of November until the first week of January!) My highest weight was 302 and I am currently at 256. I am anxious to accomplish my goal to be somewhere between 140-150 pounds. Thank You Medifast!
